Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Chatham, VA. As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess students' speech and language abilities to develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address their communication needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress, contributing to educational planning and IEP meetings.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is a plus, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a school environment.
