About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Summer Camp Supervisor to lead our team of camp counselors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a group of camp counselors and ensure they provide a high-quality experience for our campers.
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that promote youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and guardians through effective communication and regular updates.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers and staff members at all times.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of experience working in a day camp setting, preferably with a focus on youth development and programming.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications, as well as Child Abuse Prevention training.
