About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our team at IHC Health Services, Inc. As a Medical Oncologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice at both Utah Valley Hospital and American Fork Hospital
  • Outpatient clinical practice with inpatient consult responsibilities
  • Manage inpatient oncology services in collaboration with hospitalist teams
  • Utilize our full-service infusion lab and therapeutic radiology services
  • Work collaboratively with care managers to support patients navigating their cancer care
  • Participate in outpatient and inpatient palliative care teams
  • Contribute to our oncology urgent care clinic
  • Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
  • Eligible for a $50,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, stipend, and $75,000 in student loan repayment (when applicable)

Requirements
  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
  • ACGME accredited residency training in Medical Oncology
  • ABMS board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology
  • Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
  • BLS certification and DEA
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
  • Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
