Job Title: Registered Nurse - Hospice

TotalMed Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Hospice RN in Bedford, New Hampshire.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Hospice setting. As a Hospice RN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in New Hampshire.
  • Experience in Hospice care or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
