The Job

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting all branch operations, production, and employees. You'll be the second in command, focusing on managing the branch team and daily branch operations, while also being active in your market to support local communities and develop new relationships. You'll thrive in this position if you love to coordinate and organize people and day-to-day operations. In this role, you'll drive branch success through business development and coaching your team on providing the best customer experience. You'll have opportunities to grow in your own development and get more deeply involved in your community.

Our Assistant Branch Managers spend a lot of time with their teams, empowering and mentoring employees. You'll be creating the future of the bank by training new employees and developing current team members. One of the most rewarding parts of the job is creating and working with a strong team of people, and learning and growing together. This is a position where you'll see the results of your work every day, watching your team and branch grow and knowing you were a catalyst for that growth.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive pay range of $31.74-$53.95 an hour, with a typical hiring range of $36.42 an hour. You'll be eligible for our benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, gym membership reimbursement, and discounts on our banking products.
