Job Title: Executive Chef

Morrison Healthcare is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement regular and modified menus according to established guidelines
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, and operation of equipment
  • Maintain inventory of food and non-food supplies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations
  • Participate in patient satisfaction programs and activities
Requirements:
  • B.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
  • Extensive catering experience and high volume, complex foodservice operations experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends
  • Must be experienced with computers and Microsoft Office
