Job Title: Executive ChefMorrison Healthcare is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement regular and modified menus according to established guidelines
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, and operation of equipment
- Maintain inventory of food and non-food supplies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations
- Participate in patient satisfaction programs and activities
- B.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
- Extensive catering experience and high volume, complex foodservice operations experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends
- Must be experienced with computers and Microsoft Office
