Machinist Specialist

TriMech Services is seeking a skilled Machinist II to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating various machining tools and equipment to produce high-quality parts and products.

• Operate CNC machines, including Haas mills, to produce complex parts and products.
• Set up and adjust machining tools, including drills, grinders, and saws, to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Develop and optimize machining processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with senior machinists to develop and implement new manufacturing techniques and procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure parts meet specifications and requirements.
• Train and assist junior machinists in developing their skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in machining technology.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of machining experience, with a focus on CNC machining and precision manufacturing.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and GD&T preferred.
• Strong knowledge of machining principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
