About the Role

As the Senior Loyalty Program Manager, you will be essential in cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with our consumers, including loyalty members, enthusiasts, and various consumer segments.

Your primary responsibility will be to devise and implement a comprehensive loyalty strategy aimed at enhancing consumer engagement, boosting brand loyalty, and driving revenue growth.

This position will require collaboration across both digital and brick-and-mortar channels, necessitating seamless interaction with cross-functional teams.

We seek a strategic thinker with a proven history in loyalty program management, consumer engagement, and brand advocacy.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop a clear and compelling loyalty program strategy that aligns with business objectives and consumer needs, working with cross-functional teams to define program features, benefits, and rewards that resonate with our target audience.

• Define strategies for additional consumer segments, including Fans & Followers, Pro, VIP, and B2B, facilitating lifecycle strategies to transition consumers based on business objectives and lifetime value.

• Monitor program performance, analyze key metrics, and implement enhancements to improve consumer experience and program effectiveness, driving initiatives to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value across consumer segments.

• Create consumer segmentation strategies for personalized communication and collaborate with data analytics teams to leverage consumer data for effective targeting.

• Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and customer service teams to integrate loyalty initiatives into overall brand and consumer experience strategies.

• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance the program's value proposition.


Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing loyalty programs and consumer segments for large brands.

• Proven experience in managing both individual contributors and supervisory roles.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent copywriting and content creation capabilities.

• Knowledge of omni-channel marketing strategies, including digital, traditional, and in-store practices.

• Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
