CCG Business Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality radiation therapy treatments to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain CT/SIM and treatment equipment, including linear accelerators and high dose rate afterloading machines.
- Perform morning checks and warm-ups of equipment, and operate treatment machines and patient support assemblies.
- Treat patients with prescribed radiation modes, energies, doses, and treatment times, as prescribed by physicians.
- Participate in a team approach to delivering radiation treatments, and maintain accurate treatment records and schedules.
- Prepare patient treatment charts, and make patient set-up devices, immobilization devices, and radiation field-shaping blocks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve departmental goals.
