Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Residential Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow and retain our customer base.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and team activities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a management or supervisory role preferred.
  • 4+ years of door-to-door sales experience required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions

The Residential Sales Supervisor is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position. The regular work hours are 8AM-5PM Monday – Friday. The position requires frequent travel and the ability to work in a variety of environments, including business offices and customer homes.
