Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC systems during service calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including your vehicle and tools.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge in the HVAC field.
- Follow established procedures for documentation and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatcher regarding your location and job status.
- Complete service tickets and collect payments as necessary.
- Address customer concerns and follow up on service issues.
- Stay informed about company promotions and pricing structures.
- Ensure your service vehicle is stocked with essential tools and materials.
- Recommend additional services or products to customers when appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications for Success:
- Possession of EPA Certification.
- NATE certification preferred or in progress.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must have necessary tools for the job.
- Strong problem-solving skills for customer-related issues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions and demands.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse customers and team members.
Physical Demands:
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, kneel, crawl, or climb for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Effective hearing and speaking abilities for communication.
