Job Summary:

Health Advocates Network is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Monitor to join our team. As a Mental Health Monitor, you will be responsible for monitoring patients on suicide watch, in therapeutic restraints, or otherwise at-risk of self-harm or danger to others. Your role will involve performing visual or video monitoring for patients and reporting findings and observations to the licensed nurse. You will also be responsible for completing and processing all required documentation legibly, timely, and with accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Monitor patients on suicide watch, in therapeutic restraints, or otherwise at-risk of self-harm or danger to others
Perform visual or video monitoring for patients and report findings and observations to the licensed nurse
Complete and process all required documentation legibly, timely, and with accuracy
Report and document changes in the patient chart regarding patient activity

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Minimum six months of experience performing clerical or support services in a medical setting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
