Senior Mechanical Engineer for Fluid Displacement Systems

Sterling Engineering Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of new products for fluid displacement systems in the food and beverage industry.
Responsibilities- Design and develop innovative solutions for fluid displacement systems, utilizing advanced engineering tools such as CAD, FEA, and CFD.
- Conduct feasibility studies, prototype development, and product testing to ensure designs meet stringent industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product designs for production and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Analyze new materials and technologies to enhance current products and develop cutting-edge solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in product design, with expertise in pumps or rotary equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD (preferably Inventor/Autodesk Vault) and exposure to FEA, CFD, and heat transfer analysis tools.
- Background in the food and beverage industry, particularly in sanitary applications.
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
