Kuppa Joy is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Coffee Service Expert to join our team in Fresno, California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch coffee service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our coffeehouse
• Ensure that every customer receives a high-quality coffee experience
• Promote a culture of excellent customer service and teamwork
• Develop a clear understanding of our inventory and menu offerings
• Manage cash handling and register operations with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
• Anticipate and meet the needs of our customers and team members
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements:

• Retail experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
• Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
• Flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to obtain a CA food handlers certificate
