RN - Baylor

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Adoration Home Health and Hospice. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Provide safe and timely care to patients using evidence-based nursing practices
• Participate in weekly team meetings to coordinate patient care and address any concerns
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to facilitate patient rehabilitation and recovery
• Administer medications as ordered by the patient's Primary Care Physician and provide education on medication management
• Conduct patient assessments and document progress notes, summaries, and discharges as required
• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aide staff as needed
• Communicate effectively with the physician and nursing supervisor regarding patient needs and changes in medical status

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting, with home health, geriatrics, or other relatable settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance
• Current CPR certification
