Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and determine individual needs
- Identify and implement suitable nursing interventions
- Deliver care tailored to the patient's condition and age
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation related to medical necessity
- Oversee the creation and updates of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
- Conduct timely and precise quality improvement assessments
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
- CRRN certification preferred
- Minimum of six months' experience in Medical/Surgical nursing within an acute care environment preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities
