Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and determine individual needs
  • Identify and implement suitable nursing interventions
  • Deliver care tailored to the patient's condition and age
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation related to medical necessity
  • Oversee the creation and updates of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  • Conduct timely and precise quality improvement assessments
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
  • CRRN certification preferred
  • Minimum of six months' experience in Medical/Surgical nursing within an acute care environment preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities
