Diagnostic Imaging Tech Sr

At Southcoast Health, we're seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Tech Sr to join our team. As a key member of our Radiology department, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of providing world-class healthcare close to home.

Responsibilities:
  • Under the direction of the Manager, Radiology Clinical Services, you'll coordinate daily operations, equipment, and activities of assigned modality personnel.
  • You'll perform patient procedures as part of daily duties, including essential functions and performance standards of assigned staff.

Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, or Radiation Therapy.
  • Primary certification and post-primary certification in the assigned modality as applicable.
  • Current RT licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or Rhode Island, depending on location assignment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
  • A Bachelors Degree is preferred.
  • IV certifications are also required as applicable.
  • Advanced certification is required for advanced practice modalities.
  • A multi-credentialed technologist is preferred.
