- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible transmission engineering experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Certifications: Professional Engineer license required; Project Management Professional certification preferred.
- Leadership: Ability to perform a broad range of supervisory responsibilities over others.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, engineers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex technical and management problems related to engineering projects.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
Normal office environment with occasional local and out-of-town travel.
