We are seeking a skilled Retread Tire Technician to join our team at Goodyear. As a member of our retread team, you will play a critical role in extending the life of existing tires, ensuring they are safe and ready for the road.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect tires to assess their suitability for retreading
  • Buff the casing to remove worn tread
  • Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair the tire casing
  • Apply new tread using rubber cement or a patch
  • Build the tire by applying new tread
  • Cure the tire to mold the retread application
  • Conduct a final inspection to ensure a safe and quality product
