Role Summary
Private Bankers are tasked with cultivating, managing, and sustaining client relationships. Their primary responsibility is to drive asset acquisition by enhancing existing client connections and fostering new partnerships for the Bank. The emphasis is on growth—boosting wallet share through cross-selling and attracting new clientele while identifying sales initiatives grounded in a deep understanding of the market, industry, and Wealth Management (WM) offerings (products and services). They play a pivotal role in new business development, focusing on identifying cross-sell opportunities and building a robust prospect client base, while also pinpointing referral sources both internally and externally. They provide value-added client solutions and demonstrate a strong ability to close deals, possessing a comprehensive understanding of capital markets and their application in wealth preservation, along with a technical skill set centered on holistic wealth management.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business development for targeted client segments with investable assets ranging from $10M to $25M.
  • Generate up to $1M in annual production/net new revenue.
  • Maintain a total annual production/book revenue between $3M and $5M.
  • Present a comprehensive approach to clients, leveraging the full Deutsche Bank platform.
  • Establish the appropriate coverage model to deliver tailored and comprehensive wealth management solutions and diversified strategies that meet client demands.
  • Ensure compliance with all Know Your Client (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), suitability, and other corporate and regulatory standards for current and prospective clients.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Relevant prior experience in the field.
  • Registered with S7 and S63.
  • Strong drive and motivation to achieve targets, complemented by excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of regional and local financial markets.
