The Phoenix at Braselton is a renowned senior living community seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assume the role of Wellness Director. This pivotal position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in clinical program management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to our clinical staff, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. This includes managing all clinical programs, overseeing quality assurance initiatives, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
In collaboration with our Regional Director of Resident Care, the Wellness Director will also be responsible for training and onboarding new clinical staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork within our community.
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years of department management experience working with elderly individuals or those with disabilities. A strong background in Assisted Living and Dementia care, as well as Skilled Nursing, is highly desirable.
