Job Summary:
The Hot Tub Maintenance Specialist is accountable for the upkeep and sanitation of hot tubs, ensuring compliance with the standards set forth by Baldwin County and Spectrum Resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts chemical assessments safely to maintain required levels.
  • Drains and refills hot tubs as necessary.
  • Ensures the cleanliness of hot tubs is upheld.
  • Performs minor repairs, including replacing pillow mounts and cover clips.
  • Mops and cleans each unit accessed.
  • Completes additional assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional hospitality skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capable of working in both wet and dry environments.
  • Must be able to endure outdoor conditions, including heat and inclement weather.
  • Ability to stand or walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces as necessary.
  • Must be able to stoop, bend, or kneel as required.
