Housekeeping Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a Housekeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing trash and recyclables.

Utilize protective gear and follow safety protocols to prevent injury and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with our team.
