About the Role

Thiess is seeking a skilled Auto Electrician to join our Maintenance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing maintenance activities to achieve site production targets, conducting inspections to maximise equipment utilisation, and ensuring high housekeeping standards.

About You

  • Trade Certificate in Automotive Electrical Fitting
  • Previous open cut mining experience in the maintenance of a heavy earthmoving fleet is essential
  • Specific experience with Caterpillar Dump Trucks, Hitachi Excavators, and Ancillary Equipment is required
  • Previous experience with air conditioning systems is also required
  • HR drivers licence is desirable
  • Proven compliance and commitment to health and safety at all times
