About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Director to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. in Granby, Colorado. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care, staff development, and department operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Diagnostic Imaging Department and its related activities on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week.
  • Participate in on-call duties and provide leadership competencies for the department.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient care and staff development.
  • Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other departments to promote services and improve patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and certification in CT with MRI preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of Radiologic Imaging experience, with previous Director experience desirable.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to promote services and improve patient outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to support daily reports, policies, and procedures.
