In this role, you will work closely with patients to understand their unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans. You will also supervise and mentor other team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals
  • Provide age-appropriate education to patients and caregivers on proper techniques and strategies for daily living and rehabilitation
  • Supervise and mentor other team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient care

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Current NBCOT certification and state licensure (North Carolina or Virginia)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
