Contract Process Specialist Job Description

Dynamis, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Contract Process Specialist to support our Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acquisition management, with at least 10 years of experience in the field. They will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized management processes and procedures, as well as integrating activities across CSD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support acquisition and procurement planning and contract management to ensure mission integration and acquisition program oversight.
  • Develop and provide configuration control and database management that will support contracts management.
  • Prepare and update forecast reports on organization product spend on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

The successful candidate will have a Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility, as well as the ability to obtain and maintain CISA suitability clearance. They will also be proficient in MS Office suite and SharePoint, and have experience with Tableau.

Requirements:
  • MA/MS degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
