We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Seton Medical Center Hays. As a Registered Nurse in our Telemetry Unit, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist with patient care, including observation and documentation of patient healthcare needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in transition to practice programs to develop clinical thinking and enhanced clinical judgment.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing required prior to hire date.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
