The Woodstock Athletic Club at Woodstock Inn & Resort is seeking a dedicated Aquatic Instructor to become part of our esteemed team. Renowned as one of the premier resorts in New England, the Woodstock Inn provides luxurious accommodations and a storied legacy. Join us in nurturing proficient swimmers through our youth swimming program.

• Ensure a secure and encouraging atmosphere for children acquiring swimming skills
• Design and oversee daily swimming sessions
• Conduct individualized swimming lessons for children
• Assess student progress and support skill enhancement
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the facility
• Engage collaboratively with parents and club personnel

• Certification in CPR/First Aid and AED
• National Swim Coach Certification
• Prior experience in instructing swimming lessons
• Lifeguard certification is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively with children and youth
• Capacity to remain in water for prolonged durations
• Strong communication abilities
• Competence in managing complaints in a professional manner
