Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing information, and complete inventory management tasks as directed by store management.
  • Support opening and closing store activities, including setting up and breaking down displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy to support growth and career development.
Requirements:
  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to remain upright on the feet for sustained periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and exert up to 35 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting.
  • Visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection involving small parts/details.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
Education:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Compensation:

The typical pay range for this role is $15.00 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
