Fundraising Database Specialist
Vaco is seeking an experienced Fundraising Database Specialist to join our team In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping us achieve our mission by managing and optimizing our Raiser's Edge database. As a key member of our fundraising and development team, you'll ensure data integrity, provide critical support for fundraising activities, and leverage data to drive donor engagement and enhance fundraising efforts.

About the Job:
We're looking for a skilled individual with 3+ years of experience working with Raiser's Edge. You'll create and manage queries, exports, and reports to support fundraising campaigns and donor outreach efforts. You'll also oversee the processing and acknowledgment of all donations, develop and implement data management protocols, and provide training and support to staff on best practices for using Raiser's Edge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Raiser's Edge database
- Create and manage queries, exports, and reports
- Oversee donation processing and acknowledgment
- Develop and implement data management protocols
- Provide training and support to staff
- Collaborate with the development team to segment donor lists and identify potential major gift prospects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience working with Raiser's Edge
- Strong understanding of fundraising and donor management practices
- Proficiency in using Raiser's Edge query, export, and reporting tools

Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
