Job Summary:

This is a 13-week travel Interventional Radiology Technologist position in Chicago, Illinois. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, with a shift schedule of 8 hours per day. The job requires a strong background in Interventional Radiology and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of technical procedures in Interventional Radiology, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound-guided procedures.
  • Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Document patient information and procedure details accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
  • 2+ years of experience in Interventional Radiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
