Job Description

DVA Consulting is looking for a highly skilled Diesel Engine Mechanic Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in repairing and maintaining heavy construction/mining equipment.

The successful applicant will possess a basic understanding of heavy equipment systems and repair techniques, as well as knowledge of heavy equipment components and systems. They will be able to utilize service manuals, maintenance manuals and equipment schematics, and have basic computer skills.

A salary of $90,000 - $130,000 per year is offered for this full-time position, along with benefits and paid vacation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (mechanical engineering, automotive technology, etc.)
  • 3-5 years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment systems and repair techniques
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

The successful applicant will be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies and use of all required safety equipment. They will work effectively in a team environment and easily perform the role of team member.
