The Customer Support Specialist I is responsible for providing outstanding service to both internal and external clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Offer assistance to customers and stores regarding the O'Rewards initiative.

• Help resolve issues related to customer online accounts.

• Address billing or shipping inquiries for online clientele.

• Provide support for gift card inquiries and related questions.

• Aid customers in completing their online purchases.

• Perform additional tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficient in keyboarding, email, spreadsheets, and word processing

• Ability to adhere to deadlines
Preferred:

• One year of experience in a retail environment, preferably at O'Reilly

• Background in customer service within the automotive aftermarket, including product liability and quality assurance

• Basic understanding of automotive systems

• Bilingual capabilities
