**About the Job:**

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of Home Health Care Professional - RN. In this role, you will conduct in-home nursing visits for our clients, primarily those suffering from chronic illnesses due to exposure to toxic substances while working for the government.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform physical assessments, manage medication, and oversee a team of caregivers to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  2. Conduct weekly nursing visits, typically lasting 1-2 hours per visit
  3. Provide direct care and case management of assigned clients
  4. Assist and collaborate with the regional director and other personnel to identify and correct issues and/or improve services
  5. Participate in interviewing, selection, and ongoing evaluation of clinical personnel as requested by the Regional Director

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a state-approved school of professional registered nursing
  • BSN preferred
  • Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience, including one year in home care or a closely related field
  • One year of supervisory and/or case management experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification
