About the Role

Constellation Energy is seeking a highly skilled Project Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Develop and maintain project checkbooks, analyzing current and future expenditures to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Project Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of real-time monthly project expenditures, identifying fiscal discrepancies and assisting project managers in resolving issues.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist project managers in preparing, updating, and analyzing project checkbooks, including forecasts, actual costs, and budgets.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis and Special Projects: Perform focused area assessments, benchmarking visits, business plan initiatives, procedure revisions, and training sessions as needed.
  • Financial Presentations and Reporting: Assist project managers in developing financial presentations, monthly project reports, and CNO bi-monthly project reviews.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, or construction management, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in financial budgeting, cost estimation, or project management.
  • Skills: Effective analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and thorough computer-based analytical skills.
