About the Role

ConcordRents is a leading provider of property management services, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our residents and communities. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the condition of amenities and apartment homes meets ConcordRents' high standards.
  • Prepare apartment homes for new residents and maintain the condition of occupied apartments.
  • Conduct regular inspections and address any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and routines to ensure the efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets to ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure ConcordRents remains a leader in property management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Applied trades training or certification in a relevant field (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • Over five years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
