Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our team at AKIMA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading multiple large-scale Training projects in support of DoD clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with clients and collaborate with senior managers and executives to provide cybersecurity technical expertise and project direction.
  • Lead teams and activities to assess performance, recommend enhancements, and promote efficiencies in joint training, security cooperation, and information management systems support.
  • Develop plans and project tools to enhance the delivery of IT services and improve information flow and management systems.
  • Analyze process workflow, identify information system requirements, and implement improved processes and procedures to accomplish operations and the organization's mission.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant area or equivalent combination of specialized training, education, and experience.
  • Minimum ten years' military experience and ten years' experience in a relevant area.
  • Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility.
  • Minimum of three years' experience as a staff officer within HQ USSOCOM, a Service HQ, or a 2-Star HQ.
  • Expert knowledge of USSOCOM and its components and Sub-unified Commands.
  • Demonstrated expertise in oral and written communications, strategic-level planning, and using systems and tools such as JTIMS, DRRS, JLLIS, and MS Office Suite.
