Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for planning and implementing habilitative and rehabilitative programs to treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment goals
  • Provide direct patient care, including therapy sessions and education
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current licensure from the Iowa Department of Public Health
  • Minimum one year of experience in an acute and outpatient patient care setting
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (desirable)
