Key Responsibilities:- Install, Inspect, Test, Adjust, and Repair Mechanical Equipment: You will be responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, adjusting, and repairing mechanical equipment, such as flight control, electrical systems, high-voltage electrical systems, landing gear, hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, and engine systems, installed in aircraft, using hand tools and test equipment.
- Inspect Mechanical Equipment for Defects: You will inspect the function of mechanical equipment for defects, such as loose connections and wire tensions, and accuracy of assembly and installation.
- Test Mechanical Equipment: You will test mechanical equipment under simulated or actual operating conditions to determine performance and airworthiness, using test equipment, such as electrical test stands, hydraulic test stands, pressurization test stands, tension meters, and bore scopes.
- Adjust, Replace, or Repair Defective Components: You will adjust, replace, or repair defective components based on analysis of function test results, following blueprints, schematics, handbooks, and other technical documents.
- Maintain Records: You will maintain records for all work performed.
- Strong Experience as an Engineering Technician: You must have strong experience as an engineering technician.
- Previous Experience in the Aerospace Industry: You must have previous experience working in the aerospace industry.
- Experience with Flight Operation Support: You must have experience with flight operation support.
- Experience with Aircraft Repair or Modification: You must have experience with aircraft repair or modification.
- Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills: You must have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to Understand Wiring Drawings: You must be able to understand wiring drawings.
- Previous Experience with Fabrication and Blueprint Design: You must have previous experience with fabrication and blueprint design.
- Previous Working Experience in an R&D Environment: You must have previous working experience in an R&D environment.
- Strong Skills in Mechanical and Airframe and Power Plant Technical Support: You must have strong skills in mechanical and airframe and power plant technical support, including installation, repair, and fabrication support.

- Strong Knowledge of Glass Cockpit Mechanical Systems: You must have strong knowledge of glass cockpit mechanical systems, including troubleshooting, ringing out, wiring diagrams, wiring needs, and wiring practices, mods, and terminations.
- Hands-on Experience with Aircrafts: You must have hands-on experience with aircrafts.
- Ability to Interface with Internal Engineering Support and Outside Suppliers and Vendors: You must be able to interface with internal engineering support and outside suppliers and vendors and project a good professional image.
- Good Prioritizing Skills and Strong Team Skills: You must have good prioritizing skills and strong team skills.
- Ability to Travel as Needed: You must be able to travel as needed and be flexible and change direction rapidly as situations change.
- Flexibility to Various Schedules and Overtime: You must be flexible to various schedules and overtime.
