Reports To: Branch Manager

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the Warehouse Associate is tasked with overseeing all facets of shipping and receiving operations while also maintaining general warehouse upkeep and conducting deliveries. This role does not include formal supervisory duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all elements of warehouse functions including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Guarantee precise and prompt processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Prepare backorders for customer collection or delivery.
  • Assist in resolving warranty and product-related issues.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to enhance warehouse productivity.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Support sales initiatives as required.
  • Carry out other assigned tasks as necessary.

Customer Service Duties:

  • Guide customers in product selection and troubleshooting.
  • Efficiently process orders and returns.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude.
  • Address customer complaints in a timely manner.

General Duties:

  • Stay informed about products and inventory levels.
  • Keep accurate records of transactions.
  • Represent the company at various events.

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in HVAC/R.

Experience in wholesale HVAC/R or a related field is preferred.
