We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at Gretna Health & Rehab Center-MFA - Turning Point. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in promoting positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a treatment plan to promote a positive outcome for patients
  • Work in an 8-10 hour shift, 4-5 days a week
  • One year of recent experience in SNF is preferred
