Overview:

Sunday River is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating memorable moments for our guests throughout their stay. Your warm welcome and friendly demeanor will set the tone for a fantastic experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed guest expectations by providing personalized service and exceeding their needs.
  • Assist guests with any questions or concerns, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Check guests in with a smile and ensure accurate room reservations and assignments.
  • Provide information on Sunday River products and services, including lift tickets and other offerings.
  • Sell lift tickets and other products, driving revenue growth.
  • Assist with phone inquiries and respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
  • Run pre-arrival reports to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent, with previous experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities of the position satisfactorily.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wages, ranging from $16 to $18 per hour, depending on experience.
