About the Role:
- Provide high-quality therapy services to individuals, children, adolescents, and families in a variety of settings, including telehealth, in-person, and in-home.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Licensure in the state of Illinois (LPC, LSW, MFT; LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) or pending.
- At least one year of related clinical experience working with diverse populations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
