Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guitar Craftsman to join our team at Guitar Center. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store-owned gear, and performing high-quality repairs on customer-owned instruments.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to provide a positive experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with expertise and care
  • Maintain store-owned gear, ensuring it remains in excellent condition
  • Complete warranty repair work, meeting the highest standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A skilled understanding of repairing guitars
  • Foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products (desired)
