Responsibilities:

Key Duties:
Conducting independent and proactive tasks to initiate and oversee clinical studies, complete documentation, and ensure compliance

Preparing and submitting protocols and consent documents for ethical review, along with regulatory filings

Addressing sponsor-generated inquiries

Ensuring cost-effectiveness of study operations

Drafting and reviewing study-related documents and feasibility assessments for new projects

Potentially assisting in the training and development of junior CRAs

Qualifications:
You possess:

At least 18 months of monitoring experience in phase I-III clinical trials as a CRA

A degree in medicine, science, or a related field

Prior experience in monitoring medium-sized studies, including initiation and closure phases

Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and the ability to analyze and interpret medical data

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, German, and French

Capability to meet tight deadlines

Willingness to travel a minimum of 60% of the time (both international and domestic) and hold a valid driver's license
