About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a COTA, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Provide task-oriented therapeutic activities to restore physical and sensory-integrative function.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in the state of Colorado.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a COTA, preferably in home healthcare.
  • CPR certification.
  • Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
  • Excellent clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
