Key Responsibilities- Conduct quality control reviews of mortgage servicing transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report operational risks and issues to management for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and optimize quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3-4 years of mortgage servicing experience required.
