Responsibilities:

Position:
Security Floater

Compensation:
$18.00 per hour

The chosen candidate will undertake various security responsibilities as dictated by contractual obligations and site-specific directives.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing access for guests, tenants, and vendors.
- Upholding Client and Company regulations and procedures.
- Monitoring and reporting security and safety concerns.
- Conducting regular foot patrols within and around the premises.


Documenting all relevant incidents and issues to the operations manager, the client, and other Admiral/ADM Department Managers as necessary.

Engaging with a diverse range of individuals including clients, visitors, public safety personnel, employees, and the general public.

Additional tasks as assigned.

This role may necessitate working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. The position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, and some lifting. A portion of the role may involve extended periods of sitting at a computer.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must successfully pass a background investigation and drug screening (testing for Amphetamines, including methamphetamines, Cocaine, Marijuana/THC, Phencyclidine, and Opiates).
- Must demonstrate outstanding customer service abilities.
- Must be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Must be able to operate and maintain site-specific security systems.
- A minimum of one year of verifiable work experience is necessary. Experience in military service, concierge roles, or possession of an AA or BA in a relevant field will also be considered.
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Maryland Security Guard card.
