Job Title: Horticulture Grower

LiveTrends Design Group is seeking a skilled Horticulture Grower to join our team in Mt Dora, FL. As a key member of our greenhouse operations, you will be responsible for the general upkeep of our 20-acre facility, ensuring the health and productivity of our plants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage irrigation systems, fertilization, and pest control to maintain optimal plant growth
  • Monitor and maintain greenhouse heating and cooling systems, as well as irrigation clocks and spray equipment
  • Conduct regular scouting for insects and diseases, and implement control measures as needed
  • Maintain accurate inventory and perform basic housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and maintain a high level of plant quality
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture or related field
  • Ability to serve as a role model and uphold the LiveTrends Vision, Mission, and Values
  • Passion for design, fashion, and home decor
  • Creativity and solution-driven way of thinking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
